- Experience with Fitnesse and Selenium is highly desirable

Competencies – Technical / Functional and Managerial Mandatory
Broad application of software engineering principles, processes, theories and concepts.
Must have minimum of 3-5 years experience with Web Based Client/Server applications.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
At minimum 7 years professional experience in QA Testing

1) To Automate the application under test(AUT), using test automation tool QTP,
2) To Design and Develop new automation framework,
3) To develop and execute test cases in automation framework and for different type of testing

Must possesses excellent analytical skills, communication skills (written and oral), as well as good interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence various stakeholders.

Overall 4+ years with minimum of 3 years of Hands-on experience on implementation of CMMI based processes on IT projects.

5-6 years of experience in software testing in Core Banking System
• System testing, SIT, Regression, Performance
• Experience in a variety of testing efforts and Tools
• Diagnostic and problem solving skills
