Team Leader, GlobalFundsServices – Trades UAT· Work closely with operations Subject Matter Experts and Business analysts and software developers to develop test cases.
· Produce the system, acceptance, regression test deliverables (test plan, test specification, test scripts, test data etc.) to the agreed timescale, budget and quality.
· Execute system, acceptance, regression test scripts, and follow defect management processes.

* Analyze and design, testing scope, plan, cases, and procedures specific to e-Learning projects.
* Verify and validate the bug reports.
* Online Testing, LMS or any other tool.
* Creating and maintaining test records and versions.

Determines test objectives and standards by studying software requirements; writing test cycle plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Process definition
Coordinate, implement, and track process improvements to improve organization processes.
Monitor and report the projects process compliance on a periodic basis (SQA/PPQA Periodic Review) and track the non compliances.

1. Liaise with the project manager, delivery managers, delivery leads and define the system test strategy. Liaise with the Business analyst team to develop strong understanding of the business processes and system requirements.
2. Participating the project inception meetings and provide the testing oversight to the team.
