Candidate should be aware of all kinds of testing carried out by a telecom operator for Mobile Devices. Should have thorough knowledge of process as the candidate may be required to undertake consulting assignment.

Should be able to put necessary efforts and thoughts into creating negative test cases
Strong problem solver who can work both independently and as a member of a team
Should be able to proactively identify process gaps from a software quality perspective through regular audits and devise procedures to fix the same

At least 5~6 years of Work. Exp. Experience in implementation of Quality Initiatives such as ISO 9001:2000, Six Sigma , lean and Quality Trainings
Problem Solving tools / analytical skills

Knowledge of SDLC, ISO, CMMI (knowledge on other frameworks will be preferred)
Good communication and analytical skills. Assertiveness. Auditing skills. Eye for details.
· Understanding of statistical process control/ six-sigma methodology is preferred.
· Ensuring process implementation in the BU through audits

High Technical Expertise
Prepare advanced QTP Test Scripts
Execute and maintain existing QTP scripts
knowledge on Automation techniques

1. Knowledge of Automation tools like QTP, Test complete, etc.
2. Good knowledge of manual testing, test case procedure.
3. Knowledgeable about QA processes.

Consulting or Process re-engineering/improvement experience preferred.
Process modeling tool – MS Visio
Quality Management experience e.g TL9000, CMMI process improvement framework experience desirable
