Jr.Tester / Tester for Manual testing.

Thorough grasp of QA methodologies and the QA lifecycle for whitebox, black box, functional, customer-oriented testing.

• Development of test cases, documentation to design the overall testing scenarios and describing the test data requirements to achieve the desired test coverage.

Manual functional testers for the GTS GTIM ADCE testing work.

Experience:
2-5 years

• Knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle ( STLC ) and Structured testing methodologies
• Proficient in manual testing and QC Tool

Execution of various manual tests including functional, regression testing, etc.

• Manual QA experience (1 -4 Years).
• Experience in writing test cases for a feature.
• Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and use of multiple browsers is required.
• Web applications automation experience is additional advantage.
• Testing experience with multiple browsers and operating systems is additional advantage.

1. Experience with Quality Assurance engineering [Manual testing].  Automation testing, Performance testing, PSR testing.

2. Experience in application testing [Web based].  Experience working with defect management tools.

Create Test Scenarios.   Create Manual Test Cases.  Write QTP/RFT Automation Scripts from Manual Script using scripting language like VB Run.

Automation Scripts in batch mode OR Using tool like Quality Center.  Capture / Analyse Test Results.  Modify / Improve / Refine existing automation scripts.

Proficiency in QTP / RFT.

Motivate QA team members to enhance QA productivity.  Good planning, analytical and problem solving skills.   Experience in Manual Testing.

Preferred from Gaming Industry / Mobile Testing. 

o Working knowledge of Quality Center, MS Office, SQL.

o Previous experience of test automation design and implementation or managing such effort from concept to completion is a must.

o Hands on experience with automated test tools such as Quality Center, Quick Test Pro and Winrunner.

# Good in functional, system, integration, regression testing etc

# Exceptional Skills in Writing and executing Test Plans & Test Cases

- Execute software testing and develop test cases and test plans.

- Install and configure software products on various platforms.

- Develop and maintain automated software tests.

- Report software defects and track quality metrics such as defect counts and test coverage.
