provide general supervision and technical guidance to the QA Staff in the analysis, design, testing, and deployment of all RSA applications.
maintain ultimate responsibility for assuring that all products are defect free and compliant with technical specifications.
- be responsible for ensuring that all product features are fully tested in accordance with requirements, software design, adequate test coverage and industry standards.

- have strong experience in managing and devising functional, non-functional and test automation strategies in the context of an enterprise application.

- develop, manage and publish quality assurance metrics and status updates to management.

- implement ongoing quality improvement processes working with interdepartmental teams.

- Think out of the box and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.

Skills Requirements:

SKILLS – Mandatory

• Knowledge of functional, performance, scalability and reliability testing in the context of an enterprise solution

• Experience designing and setting up a test lab to enable the functional and non-functional tests

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, interpersonal communication and project management skills a must.

• Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner.

• Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality, performance and reliability.

• Strong understanding of different software development life cycles (waterfall, iterative, Agile) and contemporary software quality assurance processes and automated tools.

• Must be extremely detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication.

• Must have experience managing people, setting goals and objectives and nurturing talent.

SKILLS – Desirable

• Working knowledge of J2EE and Java, HTTP Servers, QTP, JUnit, UNIX, Windows, Linux, SQL, LDAP, Active Directory, Quality Center.

• Knowledge of Web servers, application servers, Windows (Win32) and UNIX system administration, relational databases (Oracle, Sybase), LDAP directories (Active Directory).

Education & Experience Requirements:

• BS/BA degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum of 10 to 13 years of software quality assurance experience, to include a minimum of 5 years in a lead role or management position & minimum of 4 years of testing enterprise software.
