Manager Quality Assurance
Job Description Overall responsibility for Quality function in a software development and delivery center covering:
Establishment, review and maintenance of a QMS
Assuring Process Adherence,Audits,trainings and interacting with organisation’s new customers for presenting organisation’s maturity in quality standards.
Desired Profile Job will involve overall responsibility for Quality function in a software development and delivery center covering the following:

Establishment, review and maintenance of a QMS

Meeting CMMI Level 3 requirements

Implementation of processes and standards across projects

Ensure compliance to certification needs-ISO 2000 & ISO 27001(Security)

Roles & Skills:

Management Representative Role / SEPG Role

SQA Role for various divisions and support departments

Prepare Project SQA Plans

Assistance in preparing PMP and review of PMP

Assist in Project QA Records preparation and training to PLs/TMs

Conduct SQA Audits

Ensure ISO Audit preparedness and Re-certification Audits

Conducting regular in-process internal audits in various Departments to ensure

that processes as defined are followed at all times

Increase in Quality Awareness within the organization and building a Quality

culture

Preparing the organization for achieving CMMI Level 3

Experience 8 – 12 Years
