9+ years professional, technical experience with 7+ years management of business system/application experience including Software implementation and testing experience.1. 2+ years managing a department budget 2. 6+ months management experience while located internationally 3. Experience in designing applications using design patterns, object oriented methodology (RUP and Rational Rose/XDE) creating use cases, class diagrams, interaction, sequence diagrams and recognizing design patterns. 4. Experience with Java EE based technology stack including JSP, Servlet, JSF, JAXB, JPA, JSTL, EJB, JMS, XML (DTD, XSL), Xalan-j, and client side web technologies including HTML/DHTML, JavaScript, CSS and AJAX is required 5. Experience with Struts, Tiles, Spring, Spring work flow, Hibernate, Dojo, JSON, JQuery, log4j and Velocity with Web 2.0 6. Experience with Web Services and ESB is required 7. Experience with Oracle, DB2, SQL Server. Writing complicated logic using SQL, PL/SQL and familiarity with data modeling (ER and dimensional). 8. Experience with Web Sphere Application Server, Iplanet Application Server and Apache/Tomcat. 9. Experience with RAD, Eclipse, ANT, Maven, JUnit; EasyMock, Must have experience working with a Version control system.

10. Experience working on Unix systems and scripting abilities in Shell and Perl.
