Test Lead

Job Description: 4 years experience in functional web testing activities; of which at least 1 year in the test lead role for a team of at least 2.

Manager – Testing
Ensure Test strategizing & planning, budgeting, tracking and running the tests is as per the plans and within approved Budgets.

Test Manager
Expertise in automation testing.
Experience with Winrunner is essential.

Test Manager
Hands on Testing Experience (Manual and Automation) Any tools (RFT will be preferable).
Strong Knowledge in SDLC and STLC (Programming knowledge will be added advantage).
Experience in Test Strategy and Planning.

Test Lead (Automation)
6 years of IT Experience of which, should have at least 2 years of experience in Automation testing tools, test scripts preparation & execution (Preference QTP/WINRUNNER/LOADRUNNER.)
Should have good knowledge on Operating systems (unix, windows) concepts

Test Manager

Prerequisite Skills:

Expertise in testing primarily in automation. Desirable – Manual.
Should have prior hands on experience in managing a team of atleast 10-15 professionals.
Should have prior experience in Client interactions.

Test Lead

Skills Sets: Test Lead ( Manual & Automated) Professionals

Minimum 5 yrs experience in Testing is a must. Should be good in Scheduling of work and Effort estimation. Experience in Unix is mandatory. Should have experience in leading a team of minimum 5 members.

Senior Testers/Test Managers(Job Code:TEST 08/2)

Automation testing tools – Winrunner, Loadrunner, Test Director, QTP

Test Manager – Telecom/OSS, Program / Test Management, Client Management

Hands on experience in manual and automated testing of software products.
Experience in black box testing involving functionality testing, regression testing, usability testing, performance testing, writing test plans and test cases from requirements & automated tools using WinRunner, LoadRunner and Test Director.
