Desired Profile of the Candidate

* BE/ B Tech/ MBA/ Post Graduate
* 5-7 year experience in industry / customer service environment
* Experience in Six Sigma organizations as BB or MBB
* A certified Black Belt, preferably a Master Black Belt.

Test Leads/Testers with 3-8 yrs of experience in functional testing, preferably in banking domain. Bankers with good exposure in core and retail banking packages/products as the end user can also apply. Candidates with professional qualification in Management/Finance would be given preference.

Locations: Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, and Delhi

Test Managers with around 10 yrs experience in Testing. Should have managed System testing, SIT/ UAT for bigger projects . Should be able to formulate test strategies, approaches, Testing process and guidelines for the project. Should have good understanding of all automation tools available in the market. Exposure to pre-sales activities would be an added advantage. Candidates with CSQA/CSTE Certification would be given preference.

Automation Test Leads / Automation Test Engineers with 2-6 years hands on experience in Mercury tools like Test Director, QTP and Load Runner. Leads should be able to formulate automation test strategies and approach.
