Should have experience in Load Runner & Mercury Quality Center

Mandatory Skillset:

Minimum 1 Years Strong QTP Scripting Experience

Should have 5 to 8 years of experience in leading, developing and managing implementation of QA Processes. Should be responsible for setting up QA policies, procedures and standards. Experience in implementation of ISO / CMM / CMMi standards is mandatory.

* Between 5 to 7 yrs of total experience, aspiring to be QA-Lead in Product Testing
* Must have worked in a Product QA environment and involved in hands-on testing of atleast 2 release cycles HANDS-ON experience is needed.
* Must have a thorough understanding of continuous integration, unit, regression, and functional testing (White Box Testing)

Desired Profile

Position Responsibilities:

# Take free and independent charge of definition and implementation of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) procedures across the organization and work products spread across multiple projects.

Test Lead

Perform Functional Testing; Positive/Negative and Scenario Based Testing.

Experience with Load/Stress/Performance Testing is a plusCompetent and creative in use of the technology and supporting tools for testing purposes.
Good understanding of entire Testing process.
.Good to have experience with testing tool QTP and Java application
Minimum 4 years of experience in software engineering field, testing applications is required.
Experience in creating test cases/scenarios is required.

Team Lead – QA /Testing

Excellent knowledge of popular test management tools like Quality Center/Test Director, etc.

Excellent knowledge of defect tracking tools like ClearQuest, PVCS TeamTracker, Bugzilla, etc.

Knowledge of various testing techniques – functional, system, regression, interface, backend, database, integration, etc.

We are looking for Performance Load runner Leads Mercury certified Loadrunner Leads with 5 – 8 yrs experience

The test engineer will be part of performance engineering team and service performance assurance testing and performance benchmark requirements.

Design and develop high quality loadrunner scripts and scenarios supporting Web,
Database, and Middleware protocols. Also expected to manually develop/enhance the

VUGen scripts to support custom logics.

Exp in regression testing Sanity / Blackbox / Component.

Review test plans /schedules /requirements specs & associated documents.evolve a test bed by analyzing a data schema.

Platforms, architectures, technologies, testing concepts and the SDLC & Configuration Management. Evolve a test bed by analyzing a schema

Should have knowledge of platforms, architectures, technologies, testing concepts & SDLC & Configuration Management. Ability to formalize systematic way for determining critical test cases.

1. Very good working knowledge on Manual testing, Quality process, procedures.

3. Having knowledge on SQL.
4. Automation knowledge is a plus (Not mandatory)
5. Should have worked on Onsite and offshore model.
