Highly motivated and proactive individuals 5-7 years of working experience in Cool Gen.  Should be well versed in Debugging tools.   Strong end to end development lifecycle experience including Change and Configuration management process.

• Experience with any of the testing tools like Mercury (QTP),  Silk,  Open Source Tools like Selenium, Watir, Sahi etc.

• Ability to work with Business Analysts and Project Managers to create and prioritize Test Plans & estimations etc

• Good scenario identification.

• Knowledge of SQL.

• Ability to write simple code to test applications.

6 to 11 years experience in any automation tools like QTP, Silk Test Complete, Selenium.  Experience in designing automation framework.  Domain expertise in Retail, Airlines, Insurance, Healthcare, Capital Markets.

Good understanding of GSM/CDMA networks, mCommerce from a subscriber management, network provisioning & business workflow perspective

Experience of automating functional and load tests for a sizeable project.

Expertise with atleast one test automation suite – QTP/Selenium/Rational Functional tester along with load test tools like WinRunner/ LoadRunner.

• The role will be required to manage end-2-end testing activities for multiple work-streams within the large Programme.

12+ years of experience in Software Development with at least 6 years in Software Testing.

Good experience of manual / automated testing throughout the testing life cycle (test plan creation, test case development/review, test execution, defect logging/reporting including metrics, Requirements Traceability Matrix, defect tracking and resolution).

•Test estimation, Test Strategy and Planning

• Periodic review on the testing progress and share inputs to Test Manager

• Establish Quality processes and meet Quality goals.

• Verify and validate software deliveries, follow testing procedures and document the completion of testing in test reports.

• Experience in Telecom domain in any of the following areas is required (OSS (Metasolv/Cramer/Equivalent..):  Telecom N/W inventory management, Switch Configuration and Service activation)

• Experience in PSTN, ISDN, wired technology, Broadband, OSS/BSS would be advantageous •

• Ensure the quality and productivity of the offshore automation team.

• Ensure the adherence to all deadlines for automated QA engagements.

• Develop and document all implemented QA processes, procedures, and methods.

• Escalate issues which impact the timeline/performance of the automation team.

Must have strong functional testing experience.  Should have handled projects in various phases of testing like SIT, UAT etc.

Should have worked on automation for atleast 1 year on tools like QTP and need to have strong automation concepts.

Must have mainframe testing experience of atleast 2 years.

Must have strong testing experience with hands on over QC and other testing tools.

Good exposure to automotive embedded software testing, Quality Assurance, verification & validation. Responsible for verification & validation of firmware in automotive area. Execution of test cases, Coverage Analysis (Statement, Decision, Boolean), Performance & Timing Analysis.
