Exerience in Mercury Quality Centre for Software testing
Experience in software performance testing
Good written & verbal communication skills
Should have Excellent analytical & documentation skills
Trained & Experience in Quality Tools,
Experience in CMMI, ISO, Six Sigma will be added advantage
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement process for Software Quality based on IVV model.
Motivate and lead the team of all projects
Product Quality Metrics for various projects,
Analyze metrics and find opportunity for continuous process improvement to reduce Escapes & turnbacks
Employee motivations plans and performance appraisals of the staff
Control the attirition rate of QC engineers
Training to all QC Engineers on processes,
Deploy testing automation tools whereever applicable
Participate in continuous process improvement

5 years of Software Experience out of which min 3 years in Software Product Quality Testing
BE/B Tech, MCA, MCS
