3 – 5 years test management experience

2 full projects successfully completed with experience of the full development life-cycle

Sound understanding of software development and software testing lifecycles

Good understanding of testing methodologies and concepts
• Good data analysis, analytical and problem solving skills

Substantial experience in an enterprise level Software QA role.
Experience using automated test tools in a MS.NET environment
Excellent / perfect communication skills (verbal and written)
Selected Candidate required to give minimum 2 years commitment.

* Qualification – BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/ MCM or equivalent (must)
* Experience – 4-5 Yrs with a well known MNC (must)
* Experience in working on manual testing (must)
* Experience in SQL (must)

Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle

• Experience working for software product development company

• Experience working with companies in BPM, CRM or Workflow automation space a plus

Atleast 3+ Yrs in Testing.
Good Experience in Manual Testing with ERP domain.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree from recognized institution.
Preferred experience from MNC with excellent communication, overall of experience of 6 years in Project Management, Process Improvement and Quality Management System.

Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Civil or Architectural.
Coupled with experience in Civil Engineering or Construction field. Must be computer literate & exposed to Microsoft Office products.

3 – 4 years experience in Mainframe Testing.
3-4 years of complete Hands-on Testing on Mainframe technologies
Should have worked effectively on Quality Center
Functional Testing experience in Mainframe technologies

• At least 6 years of IT experience with min of 5 years into performance testing
• Has lead multiple teams or large teams with multiple projects
• Has considerable onsite exposure
• Very good communication skills, dynamic and authoritative
