Director Quality Management

Initiate and drive improvements in project management and delivery excellence across the organization through the SEPG. Sustain the CMMI LV5 framework and initiate and execute other key programs like the ITIL

Manage a team of experienced project and quality mangers in driving the Quality Management Group charter

Responsible for the global blended delivery training programs in India and the US
Participate in North America project Quality Management Reviews
Conduct and lead a team in the project health checks reviews for all GSD India engagements.
Conduct project risk assessment sessions with project key stakeholders.
Desired Profile Key Accountability:
You are responsible for all the quality management and initiatives activities across the consulting organization. You will conduct and lead the quality management team in periodic project reviews to validate process compliance and project performance during entire project life cycle. You are also responsible for the SEPG Group that will lead key initiatives like the CMMI and ITIL.
