Ability to understand clearly the user requirements and translate it into the software development team.
Understanding of Defect Workflow and Life cycle.

Knowledge of Programming Language C, C++.
Sound knowledge of basic Analog and Digital circuits.
Should be capable of making basic test fixture and circuits.

Manual & Automation Testing
Must have minimum 2 Yrs of experience in Jmeter and Selenium/Watir
Experience : 4Yrs to 6 Yrs

The person should have experience of 2 years to 4 years in Testing using QC.
Should have worked on Mainframe Testing.
Work individually and collectively with leads to ensure breadth and granularity of strategies and standards.

A minimum 2 years of relevant experience  in Mainframe Testing
Create/update, execute test plans and test cases
Report defects, track defect status, work with engineering to get fixes
Ensure high quality product release through effective testing, defect trend reports

L2, L3 Protocol, Work exp in Routers and Switches with Key Skills: RIP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, BFD, DHCP, IGMP, STP, VLAN and SNMP.

• Experience in Automation framework
• Hands on experience in IBM – RFT
• Good Experience to Scripting and debugging the test scripts
• Strong communication skills
• Any testing certifications like ISTQB / CSTE / HP QTP/ IBM-RFT tools are an added advantage

Good Experience in Performance Testing Tools
Hands on experience in HP LR or Open STA or JMeter
Any testing certifications like ISTQB / CSTE / HP tools are an added advantage

Hands on experience in HP QTP or JSystem or Selenium
Good Experience to Scripting
Any testing certifications like ISTQB / CSTE / HP tools are an added advantage
