Experience in Performance Testing including test plan preparation, writing test scripts, collecting and analyzing performance metrics

Verification & Validation (DO178B)
Activity: Verification & Validation activity under DO178B guidelines
EXP: 2-4 years; Education: BE/ME with good academics

Knowledge of .NET technologies Knowledge of Internet application architectures and web services Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, etc. ColdFusion or any other scripting knowledge Knowledge of TR Products & infrastructure like: ThomsonReuters content environment (RMDS/IDN, FRD, Adfin) 3000 Xtra / Power Plus Pro (user level) Reuters Insertlink (user level)

• Good exposure to some of these areas – operating system (Windows and Linux), Scripting (Perl, Shell or TCL/Tk), Test automation etc.

• Ability to perform testing of BMC ITSM testing especially those which have been rolled out for global enterprise will be an added advantage

Manual testing skills
Functional, System, Security, Integration, Business Acceptance, Data Base testing skills (SOA & Web service testing is an added advantage)

A BE/B-TECH/M-Tech with minimum of 10 plus years of experience, with excellent Technical skills should have sound technical acumen and orientation with a focus on system testing of networking gears.
 Strong technical orientation and motivated by solving technical challenges

· Understands application architectures and has good command over module platforms
· Can convert business requirements into a design
· Has the ability to see through the modular issues

Candidates should have strong testing concepts and an experience of 2 – 3 years in testing
· Strong knowledge of Selenium
· The candidate should have involved in automation framework design and should have created reusable components

Knowledge of Security testing tools like AppScan, WebInspect, Qualys, Fortify, etc.
Experience in network review and design
Experience in source code review
