B.Sc / BE graduates with CSQA
4+ yrs of experience in a full SDLC
Experience in CMMI L3/ L4 Implementation

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To lead a team of testers within technical sub-function comprising of software testers and meet/exceed Quality objectives of the same.

a. Manual Testing

b. Creating Test cases (if required)/ Trackers/ Checklists/ Test plans/ Scope documents/ guidelines documents;

c. Analysis of documents and preparing reports thereof;

d. Preparing weekly/ monthly/ daily reports to Qc Manager.
