Should have above 6 Years of Exp. in SW. Testing, with Team Management skills.

Good Experience with a S/W application on implementation and/or functional usage which caters to specified business  areas like:
Underwriting-issuance and servicing, Claims, Reinsurance, Agency, BI, Rating/Price Calculation, Product Modeling, Product Configuration, Billing.Preferably should have worked on multiple areas and must have worked on Rating and underwriting

Knowledge of CMM / CMMI & ISO 9001
Knowledge of Software Project Management & Software Engineering, Test Management.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to code in C# for ASP.NET so as to analyze written code and to build test tools as needed. However, this is not the focus of this role. Experience working with MS Visual Studio Team Foundation Server and backend Microsoft servers/applications such as SQL server, Exchange Server, ISA server, IIS are desirable.

QA/Testing Engineer
Should have hands on experience in developing test-scripts using automation tools like QuickTest Pro.

Creation of Test Cases in Quality Center
Creation of XML Requests and analyzing the XML Responses

Experience with Test Automation tools like WinRunner, etc.
Experience with Performance testing tools is a plus
Test case execution

Execute functional and regression testing of all software applications. Track defects to Sr. Test Engineer for review.

Understanding of QA Process

Working knowledge of Web based software application
