2-4 Yrs in Software Testing & 4-6 years out of which up to 2 yrs of lead exp
2-4 yrs of exp shud not have switched job earlier
4-6 yrs of exp shud not have changed more than 1 company

Shall be trained in Data Conversion & XMLTesting.
Three months training, thereafter Job assurance (performance based) in this field in the company itself.

Knowledge of Automation Tools such as QTP, Selenium
Knowledge of Automation Frameworks.
Must have an in depth understanding of .NET or J2EE technologies, application server technologies, and web based standards.

 Plans, writes, develops, executes & verifies test plans.

Verifies results and meet business needs.

Tests production implementation.

Proficient in different kind of Testing - Black box/White box.

Experience in Quality Processes - implementation if not in terms of defining the processes.

Experience into testing mainframe applications.

Knowledge of Java Script.

Should have working knowledge of Oracle RDBMS and queries.

Should have working knowledge of VSS or CVS.

Should have at least 6 years of experience in QA.

Experience in automation tools -Silk Test is Must.

Should have got involved into review requirement, log doc issues and get the issues clarified from Business Analysts.

Hands on experience on making test cases and executing them.

Good experience of the entire testing cycle.

Well versed with automated testing methodologies. - required
