Candidate Profile

Degree in Engineering with additional qualification in Systems Engineering, Quality Tools

5-8 years experience in IT industry (3 years in Process Engineering or quality function a must)

At least one implementation experience of SW CMM / CMMI at Level 5 Maturity

Competency Map
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle

Strong knowledge of world class process frameworks like SW CMM, CMMI, PMI

Data orientation and analysis capabilities using statistical process tools

Self driven personality with excellent written and oral communication skills

Proficiency in use of MS Office, MS Project and any other Project Management tools

Team Playing skills and capability to manage change systematically

Level of Experience

5-8 years experience in IT industry (3 years in Process Engineering or quality function is a must) At least one full cycle implementation of CMM Level 5 implementation for a medium to large IT organization
